Position Overview:

As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer instruments and assist in store inventory maintenance, enhancing business through excellent customer service and quality work.

Characteristics of successful Repair Technicians:

• Customer Focus: Provide excellent service, connect meaningfully with customers, be approachable and knowledgeable, and handle customer issues effectively.
• Initiative: Identify opportunities and issues, follow through proactively, learn quickly, and develop product and store knowledge.
• Selling: Complete GC certification to understand products and sales techniques.
• Training: Effectively train and communicate techniques to others.
