Job summary

Twin Falls Goodwill is hiring for a Customer Service/Store Associate to greet guests and assist donors. The role includes cashiering, stocking, display upkeep, and supporting all retail operations as needed.

The position requires the ability to process transactions, work with diverse customers, and adapt to varying shift schedules, including weekends and evenings. Experience in retail and strong customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends. Available to work all shifts (weekends and nights a must).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Replenish stock and maintain displays on the sales floor.
• Process guest merchandise‑return transactions.
• Assist with asset protection and keep checkout area clean and organized.
• Demonstrate reliability and effective communication with the team.
