Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to join our team. You’ll help keep stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.

We offer flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, plus hands-on training and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Previous experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments is a plus
• A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience at the register or self-checkout
• Keep stores clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist in inventory and restocking; maintain fresh food and beverages
• Provide friendly service, address guest concerns, and escalate when needed
