Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while providing friendly service at the register or self-checkout.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates or in progress, reliable team players who can lift up to 50 lbs, and who enjoy working with people. Flexible schedules, training, and opportunities for growth await.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Team player with initiative and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and respond promptly to requests.
• Provide friendly, accurate service at the register or self-checkout.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Uphold food safety and safety regulations in all tasks.
• Navigate busy periods with courteous, efficient service.
• Engage with guests to promote promotions and products.
• Support teammates and adapt to different store areas as required.
