Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak-shopping days.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and respond appropriately.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Contribute to Buckle's mission by delivering high guest service and teamwork.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
