Job summary

JD Finish Line in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences, from greeting shoppers to processing transactions.

You will drive sales and store performance through attentive service, accurate merchandise management, inventory control, visual merchandising, shipment processing, and safety compliance, all while collaborating with a dynamic team. Weekend and holiday availability is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: A set weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights.
• Clear spoken English to communicate with customers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for reports and tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old (16+ in some locations).

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance, while following safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and adhere to policies and procedures.
