Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and assist guests by maintaining visual standards and knowledgeable on assortment.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad through priority and manual fills.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenishment support for guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes through clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests.
• Assist fulfillment and guests by moving items back to the floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance in all duties.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier, and Drive-up operations, complying with laws.
• Greet guests, assist with needs, and thank guests for shopping Target.
• All other duties as needed.
