Job summary

WIS International in Plainfield, Illinois is hiring a Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory for a part-time role. You will count and record inventory at various retail locations using handheld scanners, standing and walking throughout shifts.

No prior inventory experience is required; training is provided. The position offers a starting wage of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with potential increases up to $2 more per hour in 6 months and up to $5 more per hour with performance.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
