Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory (Part-Time) in Mundelein, IL. You will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining a high level of accuracy and working to meet productivity goals.

Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with paid training and the potential to earn more through performance-based pay increases, plus a referral bonus and occasional travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the grocery segment
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
