Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Graphic Planner to design and execute complex store graphics and storefront visuals in collaboration with Store Planning, Construction, Real Estate, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.

You will create graphic layouts, elevations, and renderings for new stores, remodels, relocations, and capital initiatives, ensuring brand standards and practical installation. The role supports budgeting, vendor coordination, and project tracking across the lifecycle of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Retail Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in retail graphics, environmental graphics, graphic planning, visual merchandising, store design, or related disciplines.
Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Develop graphic layouts, elevations, renderings, and implementation packages for new stores, remodels, relocations, and capital initiatives.
Create storefront graphics programs including window graphics, banners, lightboxes, and exterior visuals.
Coordinate graphics standards, templates, and design documentation across internal teams and external vendors.
Track milestones, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure brand standards and timelines.
