Job summary

Burlington Stores seeks a Manager, Graphic Planning & Design to lead strategy, development, and execution of store graphics, storefront visuals, and complex design initiatives across our retail portfolio.

You will manage a team of designers, partner with Store Planning, Marketing, Real Estate, and Operations to create brand-aligned environments that balance creativity with financial objectives, and present recommendations to executive leadership with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field with relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of retail design/graphic planning or store design experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of graphic and environmental design solutions for high-profile store locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Plan storefront graphics programs including window film, banners, lightboxes, and exterior visuals.
• Review architectural drawings and site conditions to ensure alignment with brand and project requirements.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a team of graphic planners, managing workload across projects.
