Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring at our Saint Paul, MN store. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding purchases.

You will maintain merchandising standards, promote loyalty and warranty programs, and adhere to safety policies. The teammate will help create an inclusive, respectful store environment, support the team across shifts, and handle additional assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
