Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
