Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience through their eagerness to help, high standards, and efficient execution of operational processes.

  • Perform golf club repairs, including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft and lie adjustments.
  • Conduct club fitting and performance modifications using fitting equipment.
  • Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage workflow for customer services, establishing turnaround times to meet expectations.
  • Promote company programs such as Warranty Sales, Scorecard, and Private Label Credit Card.
  • Track golf service inventory accurately.
  • Organize and store customer work orders.
  • Provide high-level customer service in the golf area.
  • Ensure merchandise presentation standards are maintained, with proper inventory levels and cleanliness.
  • Follow safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support team efforts across the store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
