Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily retail and travel-stop operations, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.

With opportunity as a key benefit, you’ll help manage safety, staffing, and reporting while collaborating with leaders to optimize performance and service standards across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales of $2M+.
• 2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility through maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales via ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and drive opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition efforts.
