You’ll lead a team, manage processes, monitor safety, and analyze P&L, with strong opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and a supportive culture.

Requirements include 2+ years in retail/travel stop management, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L analysis.
• 2+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations, potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and conduct safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to analyze profit and loss statements and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition.
