Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple business areas, including store, fuel, and concessions. You will lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive efficiency, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills and ability to work across shifts including nights and holidays.
• Experience managing operations and leading teams in a retail/travel stop or similar environment.
