Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across multiple store areas, drive efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and inventory standards.

The role requires strong communication, retail management experience, and a proven ability to grow sales through effective team leadership and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management or c-store operations.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales over $2 million.
• 2+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
