Job summary

Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth, MI is seeking friendly Retail Gift Shop Clerks to assist guests with purchases, handle payments, and keep displays tidy and inviting.

The role is part-time (15-20 hours per week), with shifts from early morning to late evening. You will promote ice cream and gift shop items, handle multiple tasks quickly, and maintain a neat appearance while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Neat appearance, friendly disposition
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand, walk at all times, and lift moderate weights continually (50 lbs. max)
• Ability to talk to guests to promote ice cream and gift shop items for sale
• Able to handle multiple tasks at a quick pace during peak periods
• Ability to receive all required certifications for position
• Ability to remember and use department verbiage for guest interactions

Are you a social person who loves a fast paced environment and meeting people from all over the world? Our Retail Gift Shop Clerks assist customers in their purchases of items sold in the retail areas, collects payments for those items, and assists in keeping the retail display areas properly stocked, cleaned, organized, and visually appealing to our guests.

HOURS: PART TIME: 15-20 hours per week (3-4 days per week)

WORK SHIFTS: 6:30AM - 12:30AM, any combination of shifts between these hours. Must be available for morning and evening shifts. Weekdays, weekends, and some holidays required.
