Job summary

Tri Star Energy's Little General is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business. The role requires open availability to support business needs and guest service, with in-depth training while shadowing experienced GMs to prepare for the first shift.

You will develop marketing strategies, manage inventory, staff recruiting, human resources, safety compliance, and coordinate with district leadership.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 3+ years' recent experience in retail, restaurant/foodservice, or hospitality industry.
• 3+ years' recent experience directly supervising staff.
• Ability to work at any location within a 30-mile radius of your home.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field (see qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and bears responsibility for all aspects of store operations for multiple shifts.
• Ensures best-in-class service is extended to all guests.
• Leads in delivering programs to maximize guest experience.
• Trains, retains, and motivates staff while maintaining store culture.
• Coordinates with District Manager and other departments to ensure operations run smoothly.
