Job summary

Tri Star Energy’s Little General & Maverick stores are hiring team members to join a close-knit, community-focused family. You’ll help deliver exceptional guest service across multiple roles including food service and cashier duties, with internal promotion opportunities and ongoing training.

Day Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM (1st Shift) with weekend availability preferred; we offer weekly pay, 401K matching, affordable healthcare, tuition reimbursement up to 2,500/year, and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome and assist guests, build relationships, and provide great service.
• Food Service: Prepare, assist with, and deliver food items with care and hygiene.
• Problem Solving: Identify needs, resolve issues, and communicate improvements.
• Cleaner & Fresher: Maintain clean, safe, and inviting spaces.
• Cashier: Run register, stock shelves, and manage promotions.
• Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook: Support kitchen operations, ensure safety and recipe standards.
