Victra in Bayonne, NJ is seeking a General Manager to shape the guest experience, coach your team, and exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, participate in trainings, and drive the business forward by motivating your team in every guest interaction.

This role requires leadership, accountability, and a passion for performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.

• Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.
• Working through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time
• Attracting and retaining top caliber employees.

• Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
• Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling.
