Catalyst Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead store strategy and engage the team, manage merchandise, and drive profitable sales growth for its JCPenney portfolio.

You will train and develop associates, execute sales-building programs, and ensure operational excellence across the store.

Pay range USD 63,700.00 - USD 91,000.00 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, and 401(k) with company match.
