Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead a high-performing store, from opening to closing, optimizing sales floor and back-of-house production.
You will recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team, manage inventory, and own the store's P&L, making data-driven decisions to meet performance goals.

Quarterly Bonus Potential: Retail General Managers have the potential to earn up to a max of 25% of their quarterly salary based on performance in key metrics in their department.
