The Retail Store Supervisor at Office Depot is a full-time role focused on providing comprehensive solutions across Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings. The role involves building relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor, and driving sales through proactive engagement and effective use of sales principles.

The Store Supervisor supports a customer-centric environment, engages with the community, and contributes to a positive culture aligned with Office Depot's 5C values: Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. They are also responsible for training associates on products, services, and sales techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Sales and Service Excellence: Building trust, promoting solutions, educating customers, and enhancing customer service.
2. Leadership and Team Development: Training and coaching store associates, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of trust and loyalty.
3. Operational Efficiency: Managing merchandise, process improvements, loss prevention, and store performance metrics.
4. External Key Carrier Responsibilities: Ensuring store safety, conducting opening/closing duties, and maintaining security protocols.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), 1-3 years of related experience, knowledge of Technology and Print areas, leadership skills, and availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
