Framebridge Inc. in New York's Tribeca neighborhood is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder to lead store floor operations with a customer-first approach.

You will own key-holding responsibilities, support onboarding of new team members, and drive operational activities to meet customer experience and sales goals. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and a passion for design and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
• Apply listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with our customers and coach retail team members
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train retail team members to do the same
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends that meet the needs of the business

The Role We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information:

The base range is $20 – $20 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
