Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder to provide leadership and direction to the store team, helping execute company strategies and maintain an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of YETI brand enthusiasts, support inventory, merchandising, and daily operations, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a customer-first mindset and availability on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.
• Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability.
• Passion for outdoor pursuits.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for the entire work shift.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Support the execution of community marketing events within the store.
• Support team coaching and development of key skillsets to accelerate sales performance.
• Assess, guide performance, and share observations with Store leadership to address development opportunities.

• Communicate clearly and concisely with a variety of stakeholders and customers.

Pay Range

$18.50 - $25.88 Hourly USD. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
