Job summary

Framebridge Buckhead is seeking a Retail Full Time Keyholder to lead the store team with energy and a customer-first attitude. As a trusted on-floor leader, you will uphold brand standards and manage keyholding responsibilities to deliver an experience that keeps customers returning.

This role reports to the Store Manager. The base pay is $18 per hour, with full-time benefits and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

The Role

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:

• Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment

Salary Information

The base range is $18 – $18 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
