Framebridge is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder to join our Buckhead store. You will lead a team on the floor, maintain exceptional customer service, and uphold Framebridge standards. The role includes key-holding responsibilities and supporting store operations, with a focus on delivering a delightful customer experience.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required as part of the schedule, with opportunities to coach staff and drive sales in a creative retail setting.

The Role

We're seeking a Keyholder who will bring energy, leadership, and a customer-first attitude to our store team. As a trusted leader on the floor, you'll take on key-holding responsibilities while delivering the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. This role reports to the Store Manager. Who You Are:

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role
• An engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required
• Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis: Standing for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift) Light lifting (up to 30 lbs) — carrying frames, supplies, or packaging materials Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.

Salary Information:

The base range is $18 – $18 per hour, Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
