Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Packer to support the completion of fulfillment projects. In this role, you will assemble products according to specifications, operate machinery, and ensure quality standards are met. The position is full-time with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, offering a direct hire opportunity with benefits.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 4:00PM-12:30AM

Job Purpose: The Retail Fulfillment Packer (Co-Packer) position will be the primary labor to completing all Retail Fulfillment/Co-Packing projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembling various products and displays according to customer specifications.
• Operate Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine.
• Must be able to operate Ink Injector and Tape Machine.
• Stacking cases onto pallets according to specifications.
• Performing rework and inspection on the product.
• Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time.
• Ability to be cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.
• Work on a continuous flow production line.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow direction.
• Awareness of quality standards and ability to identify defects in products.
• Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.

Qualifications:

• Co-Packing or Warehouse experience is not required but preferred.
• Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is a plus.

Education and/or Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
