Schedule: Mon-Fri, 4PM-12:30AM

Job Purpose: The Retail Fulfillment Packer (Co-Packer) will handle all Retail Fulfillment/Co-Packing projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and displays per customer specifications.
• Operate Wrap Heat Tunnel Machine.
• Operate Ink Injector and Tape Machine.
• Stack cases onto pallets as specified.
• Perform rework and inspection of products.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Cross-train for various tasks.
• Work on a continuous flow production line.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret safety rules, operation instructions, and manuals.
• Pay attention to detail and follow directions.
• Identify product defects and maintain quality standards.
• Count articles or products physically.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Co-Packing or Warehouse preferred but not required.
• Experience with WMS software (Synapse preferred) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in all units of measure.
