Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service/retail management.
• Must complete all Midwest Petroleum Training Courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and courteous service to all customers.
• Assist store manager in maximizing sales and profitability.
• Handle all customer complaints properly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Maintain an adequate store inventory through proper ordering and pricing.
• Maintain store records and ensure forms and reports are filled on time.
