Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and complete shift reports.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol as regulations require.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and handle heavy items safely.
• Maintain calmness and follow policies during emergencies.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate the store during a shift in line with company policy.
• Ensure the shift contributes to store profitability and growth.
• Provide best in class service to customers each day.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at shift end per guidelines.
• Support safety and health programs and maintain store appearance.
