Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Front End Associate to help ensure customers have a fast, friendly checkout and a pleasant shopping experience.

You will operate Point of Sale equipment, handle cash drawers, bag groceries, stock shelves, bring in carts, and maintain a tidy till while following store security procedures and policies. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required, with opportunities to learn and grow in a retail team environment.

Qualifications

Experience in retail preferred but not required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum age requirement = 16 years old.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service.
Operate Point of Sale Equipment.
Take responsibility of a cash drawer during the shift.
Properly bags groceries and loads them into customers' vehicles carefully and neatly.
Stocks shelves and rotate items as necessary.
Bring in carts from the parking lot.
Maintain a neat and organized till.
Fill bag stations and stock registers with needed supplies
Pick up trash from the parking lot.
Follow security procedures.
Performs night maintenance duties as directed.
Adhere to company policy and local/state law on the sale of alcohol and tobacco products.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
