Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and price adjustments promptly.
• Communicate with customers and team members to maintain smooth front-end operations.
• Support extra tasks assigned by management and participate in ongoing training.
