Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must complete ongoing Cosentino’s Learning Plan training.
• Knowledge of health regulations, sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Know and implement the Casentino Customer Service Standards.
• Inform teammates about policy changes, new merchandise, and sales.
• Answer customer questions accurately with product knowledge.
• Operate, clean and maintain equipment safely and competently.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and maintain a clean front end.
• Handle returns, exchanges and price adjustments efficiently and courteously.
• Monitor front end activity and assist cashiers as needed.
• Intervene to support a friendly, convenient customer experience.
• Resolve complaints professionally and involve store management when appropriate.
• Follow health regulations, sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
