Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator at our Baraboo, WI store to support receiving shipments, unpacking, shipping, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning. You will assist in floor projects, ensure proper shelving, and help maintain inventory accuracy while delivering friendly guest service.

No prior experience required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: Verify merchandise invoices; coordinate alterations, layaways, and special orders; check freight packing slips; ensure transfers match; package items for shipping; present items properly.
• Visual Merchandise Management: Tagging, hanging and folding merchandise; prepare on-floor display; assist with floor projects.
• Operations: Flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends; learn POS software; receive freight; document discrepancies; maintain shipment paperwork; monitor security and theft risks; generate FedEx labels; manage RTVs; keep supplies stocked and organized; organize fixtures and shelving; maintain a neat work area; report policy violations; provide feedback to management; follow Buckle policies; support mission with customer service; perform special duties.
