Job summary

Michaels in Plano, TX is seeking a retail team member to build relationships with customers and create framing solutions. You will assist shoppers, process orders, and keep the frame department well merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, supporting safety programs, and contributing to omni-channel processes. Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and store hours as required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred with customer service focus.
• Experience selling products or services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and store operations.
