Job summary

Michaels in Prosper, TX is seeking a friendly framing specialist to help customers select and build custom framing solutions, maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store, and deliver great service.

You will operate the cash register, support omni-channel processes, follow SOPs, and help ensure a safe, clutter-free environment while staying flexible for nights, weekends and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time and with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs.
