What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment processes.
• Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
• Contributing to a work environment where the IKEA culture is strong, embracing the diversity of co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment environment.
• Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

Hours: Hourly role, with open availability Monday through Sunday, 2am-12pm shifts.
The pay range is $19.57 - $27.83, based on relevant work experience.
