What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at receipt.
2. Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Replenishing sales space following visual merchandising guidelines with flexibility.
4. Selecting goods for customers within the specified time to ensure excellent service.
5. Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, stocking, picking, and loading.
7. Operating scanner equipment and managing inventory using IT systems.
8. Fostering an environment that embodies IKEA's culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.

- Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) is preferred.

Thank you for your interest. Please note this is a Sensitive Position requiring a background check and drug test. This is a permanent part-time role (20-34 hours/week) with benefits. Must have open availability Monday through Sunday, 2 am to 12 pm. Pay ranges from $19.57 to $27.83, based on experience.
