WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
• Receive inbound goods and maintain inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
• Move products to their final locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Replenish sales space flexibly, following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Select goods for customers within the specified time to ensure an excellent experience.
• Certify operation of powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handle goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Use scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
• Promote an environment that reflects IKEA's culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment roles.
Certification in power mobile equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred.
Proven ability to contribute to order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Strong handling skills for goods and operation of inventory systems.
Ability to embrace and promote IKEA’s inclusive culture.
Salary ranges from $21.71 to $30.92 per hour, based on experience.
