What you'll be doing day to day
Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficient product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
• Contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive, embracing the diversity of co-workers and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.

The pay range for this role is $21.06 - $30.09.
