What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across different sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
2. Transporting products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Selecting goods for customers within the designated time to ensure excellent service.
5. Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
7. Operating scanner equipment and inventory management systems.
8. Fostering an environment that embraces the IKEA culture, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in high-volume warehousing or receiving/replenishment.

- Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, electric pallet jack) preferred.

The hourly pay range is $21.71 - $30.92.
