What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
2. Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Replenishing sales space with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Picking goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure an excellent customer experience.
5. Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
6. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, and loading activities.
7. Using scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
8. Fostering an environment where IKEA's culture is strong and inclusive, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume warehousing or receiving/replenishment. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (such as forklift or electric pallet jack) is preferred.

The hourly pay range is $21.71 - $30.92.
