What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels in the retail store by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
- Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
- Replenishing sales space with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Picking goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Certifying the operation of powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, and loading activities.
- Using scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
- Fostering an environment where IKEA's culture is strong and inclusive, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume warehousing or receiving/replenishment. Certification in at least one powered mobile equipment (such as forklift or electric pallet jack) is preferred.

The hourly pay range is $21.71 - $30.92.
