Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Retail Food Service Manager to oversee food service retail operations in a healthcare environment in the Metro Washington D.C area. The Retail Manager will ensure an exceptional dining experience for patients, visitors, and staff. This role oversees all retail food services, driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of excellence in service and quality.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. What You'll Do
  • utilize Sodexo operational standards and solutions to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality of retail services
  • own and drive the operational excellence of the retail department and communicates a clear sense of strategy and purpose
  • develop and execute retail initiatives to drive sales growth and achieve retail revenue forecasts
  • anticipate client needs and provide subject matter expertise
