We are a seasoned team of Senior Level Talent Sourcers using advanced methods to help clients maximize their Human Capital Assets by hiring top talent.

We are expanding our Sales and Recruiting teams and are hiring Technical Staffing Account Managers in the Metro Baltimore Maryland and Metro Columbia Maryland areas due to significant growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Bring your Business Development and Account Management skills to an established organization dedicated to helping individuals achieve their professional goals.

The ideal candidate will have a “hunter” personality, comfortable meeting new people and building lasting relationships. This person should be a self-starter, driven by success, and able to work independently.

Our team recruits virtually across various markets nationwide. If you're a confident Recruiter with experience managing a full desk—building a book of billable clients and sourcing candidates from scratch—we want to talk. We operate a split desk model, focusing on both client development and candidate sourcing/recruiting. We foster a collaborative environment with high commissions, comprehensive support, training, and a solid base of existing clients and candidates to help you succeed quickly.

Key Points:

  • This role is a 1099 contract position working remotely with a full commission split (50/50).
  • We provide a LinkedIn Recruiter account, robust database/ATS/CRM, corporate email, resources via an intranet, training sessions, job board accounts, branding, invoicing, legal support, and more.
  • We supply a RingCentral cloud-based phone system with free long-distance, conferencing, faxes, and SMS messaging via app.
  • We use Zenefits for HR/payroll automation, ensuring secure and reliable internal processes.
  • You are responsible for your home office expenses and taxes.
  • You will communicate daily with our team, collaborate, and share client account insights.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business through cold calls, prospecting, meetings, and relationship building.
  • Presenting Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent Placement services to local companies.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships with decision-makers in IT, HR, and management.
  • Conducting in-person meetings to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Following up with prospects via CRM, phone, and email to develop relationships.
  • Partnering with the staffing team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in staffing or IT/technical recruiting.
  • Strong ability to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, energetic, persistent, and a team player.
  • Experience with cold calling, negotiations, and social media platforms.
  • Remote work capability required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
