Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Food Service Manager to join our team and help lead the success of our healthcare food service operation. Reporting to the Food & Nutrition Director, this role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality service, compliance with health regulations, and alignment with our client's culture and standards.

What You'll Do:

+ Oversee daily retail food service operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.

+ Plan and execute special functions and promotions to enhance the guest / patient experience.

+ Maintain accurate payroll and cash control systems.

+ Recruit, train, and supervise frontline food service team members.

+ Inspire and develop staff to achieve service excellence and operational goals.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Health Department regulations.

+ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

+ Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For:

+ 2+ years of experience in retail food service management or related fields (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, education, military).

+ Hands-on knowledge of cash handling, payroll, and scheduling systems.

+ Strong leadership and team development skills.

+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

+ Experience in retail marketing is a plus.

+ Associate's degree preferred, but not required.
