Responsibilities

• Oversees daily café, coffee kiosk and retail operations, ensuring staffing, equipment and inventory.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline staff and supervisors.
• Builds connections with customers and ensures their needs are met with care.
• Manage cash handling procedures and POS systems with accuracy.
• Partner with vendors to keep products flowing and ensure compliance.
