Qualifications
- Five (5) years of relevant experience with inspections and compliance assistance or in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus experience may substitute for years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and investigative field inspections to determine compliance with food regulations.
- Review retail food establishment architectural plans for regulatory conformance.
- Provide training to retail food establishment operators and LPHA staff.
- Conduct investigations into facilities where complaints are received.
